The Knowledge Congress Has Scheduled a Live Teleconference on Sarbanes-Oxley: 2007 New Management Guidance Latest Update

This 2-hour event is scheduled on Tuesday, June 19, 2007 at starting at 12:00 Noon (EST)

On May 23rd 2007, regulators unanimously approved interpretive guidance of Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 to assist public companies augment their internal controls and financial reporting efforts while reducing costs. Companies will need to understand this new guidance in order to fully avail of its benefits. The Knowledge Congress has assembled a panel of distinguished experts to help make these policies clear to the organizations most impacted. The panel will present their findings, which include a "best practice" panel, and a question-and-answer segment enabling the audience to interact directly with the faculty.
