Cochran joins the Triangle team as Sr. Project Manager.

With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Cochran brings a proven track record in building client relationships and developing new business. Cochran began his construction career as a foreman for a painting company. During his 16 years with the company, he served in a variety of roles including foreman, general superintendent, estimator, project manager, vice president, and partner/owner. Prior to joining Precision Walls, Cochran worked for a drywall contractor for 11 years as a project manager/estimator.
Cochran’s responsibilities as a Senior Project Manager for the Triangle branch includes all aspects of the project from pre-construction, contracts and budget control, to over-seeing the project to completion. He has the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, execution and closure of new commercial projects.
