)-- urHub announced the appointment of Lucy Strong to the position of Chief Operating Officer. In this position, Lucy will be responsible for managing the company’s operations and providing strategic direction for the future in order to position the company for significant growth.
“Lucy is an exceptionally talented strategist with global experience,” said John Cronin, Founder & CEO of urHub. “We feel very fortunate to have someone of Lucy’s caliber join our team to direct operations as we continue to expand.” She brings more than 20 years of experience developing revenue generating strategies for Fortune 500 companies.
“Lucy’s experience in helping her clients grow their brands while increasing revenue in the U.S., Europe and Asia was very attractive to us,” said Cronin. “As we build our business we needed an executive who could not only help us manage our growth, but also provide us with the structure and framework necessary for rapid and seamless expansion.”
Prior to joining urHub, Lucy spent 12 years at Octagon (part of the Interpublic Group). Most recently she led the Beijing office and Octagon’s Asia operations. During her career, Lucy is credited with negotiating more than $180 million in sponsorships/partnerships with organizations like Siemens, Pfizer, BMW, The Chinese Olympic Committee and MasterCard. “I am thrilled to have joined urHub and I look forward to collaborating with our talented team in growing and expanding our business,” said Strong.
Ms. Strong is a graduate of Boston University and is based out of our Denver Headquarters.
