Paragon Commercial Bank Names Mark Bolash Senior Vice President and Client Development Officer

12-Year Industry Veteran Responsible for Treasury Management, Business Development

Raleigh, NC, June 06, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Paragon Commercial Bank (http://www.paragoncommercial.com), North Carolina’s first business-only bank, has announced that Mark Bolash has joined Paragon’s team as senior vice president and client development officer, for which his day-to-day responsibilities will include working with current business clients and owners to assist them with their treasury management and borrowing needs, as well as bringing in new business clients to Paragon.

Bolash has 21 years of finance and sales experience, including roles as regional and national sales manager and director of business development. Prior to his current position, Bolash served as commercial lender for a Raleigh-based bank. Bolash earned a bachelor of science in business administration from West Virginia University. He also has earned a master’s in business administration from Ganon University with a concentration in labor law. Bolash resides in Raleigh with his wife, Pam, and their three children.

- Prior to his positions at a Raleigh-based Capital Bank and at Paragon, Bolash was the director of business development at Finish Thompson, Inc., a privately held industrial equipment manufacturer. In 2004, GE Capital offered Bolash the opportunity to go back into commercial lending as a specialized lender, where he financed commercial real estate under GE Real Estate’s Business Property business unit.

- Bolash has been a member of numerous organizations including local Chambers of Commerce, Sales & Marketing Executives International (both local and international chapters), Triangle Area Commercial Realtors (TCAR) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).

- Bolash has participated in his church (St. Francis of Assisi) as a Eucharistic Minister, and has also volunteered to help build homes for Habitat for Humanity. Annually, Bolash participates in local charity runs and auctions, and regularly donates to charitable organizations.
