Research Triangle Park, NC, June 21, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Longistics (http://www.longistics.com) has announced that Chairman Duane Long has been reappointed to the Research Triangle Regional Partnership board of directors. Long was appointed by RTRP Chairman of the Board of Directors Jeff Stocks and will serve his second term with RTRP and the executive committee.

“I am honored to be reappointed to the Research Triangle Regional Partnership board of directors this year,” said Long. “As an entrepreneur, I hope that I can serve my region by bringing my 40 years of business experience to help create a better future for our citizens.”

“Duane’s proven success in the global marketplace and his entrepreneurial approach to business will be a tremendous asset to the RTRP board,” said RTRP President and CEO Charles Hayes. “The organization and the region will benefit from his vision, his leadership and his experience.
