Susan was responsible for all facets of client management from lead generation and sales to project management and completion, as lead project manager. Now as creative operations manager, Susan provides creative direction to communicate Signalfire clients’ brand vision across multiple platforms.
Responsible for production management, account management, creative direction, and operation management, Susan also oversees the smooth process and outstanding results of every Signalfire project. Susan works with internal resources, outside vendors, and clients to provide direction and to ensure projects move forward on time, smoothly, and within project parameters.
Susan has over 25 years of experience with a diverse background of sales, marketing, brand development, project management, and municipal/government activities. She specializes in process improvement, client management, project direction, and creative brand development.
