In this position, Herbert will be responsible in leading the relationship between land developers and the firm, overseeing property development issues and analysis, and managing entitlement of property and negotiation of land agreements. With 36 years of experience in residential construction and development, Herbert previously served as the division president for numerous home building groups, including U.S. Home Corporation, David Weekley Homes and Pulte Homes, as well as led the development and expansion of market positions for national building companies.
