Dallas, TX, May 30, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Abyss Program Management LLC published an article "Schedule Estimation: Politics, Science, or Art? Pragmatic considerations to scheduling pitfalls (Part Two of a Two Part Series). Project managers receive training, develop experience and obtain certifications in their craft as do many other professionals.
