Tses Glass Appoints Brain Gaoseb as Chairman

Tses Glass is being planned to have a gross annual production of 20 million net ton capacity, making it the largest dynamic glass manufacturing plant in the world.

Tses, Namibia, September 01, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Tses Glass (Pty) Ltd, the premier glass manufacturing company in Namibia, at yesterday’s Board Meeting appointed Mr. Brain Gaoseb as Chairman, while Mrs. Rina da Cruz was appointed as Co-Chairman, and Mr. Simon Kapenda was appointed as Interim Managing-Director, with effect from August 29, 2012.

Mr. Brain Gaoseb is the Chairperson of Tses Village Council, which is a Local Government under the Ministry of Local Ministry of Regional & Local Government, Housing & Rural Development of the Republic of Namibia. Mrs. Rina da Cruz is Managing-Director of Nissi Group while Simon Kapenda is CEO and Chairman of Groot Group.

Tses Glass is being planned to have all four separate manufacturing plants in a single location Tses; to constitute 7 million net ton of Flat Glass, 7 million net ton of Container Glass, 1 million net ton of Fiber Glass, and 5 million net ton of Ultrathin Glass; for a gross annual production of 20 million net ton capacity, making it the largest dynamic glass manufacturing plant in the world.
