New Wiki Website Allows Users To Find Answers And Share Knowledge

AnswerWiki announces the launch of its new question and answer portal that anyone can edit at www.AnswerWiki.com.

Provo, UT, November 30, 2005 --(PR.com)-- AnswerWiki announced today the launch of their new website at www.AnswerWiki.com. The website is designed to be a user generated question and answer portal, where visitors can find answers to specific questions and share their knowledge freely.

Visitors to AnswerWiki.com can find the answer to a question by searching or browsing for previously answered questions, or they may post their question to a list of questions that can be answered by any other visitor. If a visitor finds that he knows the answer to a question that has not yet been answered he can create the answer. Visitors are also encouraged to edit answers to questions where they believe that can add additional insight and clarity.

AnswerWiki.com was created using MediaWiki, the same wiki software used to run popular online encyclopedia Wikipedia. Users of Wikipedia will find the site navigation and page layout of AnswerWiki.com very familiar. However, AnswerWiki differs from Wikipedia in that each page on AnswerWiki.com is designed to quickly answer a specific question as opposed to offering in depth information on a certain subject. Each page on AnswerWiki.com will provide links for further investigation if visitors would like to learn more about subjects related to each question answered.

"I am very excited for the future of AnswerWiki" said founder, Chris Sandberg "I believe AnswerWiki will be a great recource for anybody looking for the answer to a specific question, and also just be a fun place to go to learn and share knowledge."
