Her expertise with tax risks for complex-structure and exempt organizations includes accountability of tax positions, nexus decisions, strategic planning for direct and indirect tax cash flows, technical accounting standards, industry best practices, and tax policy advocacy. Ms. Cummins also advises on wealth transfer tax planning for gifts, trusts, estates, and other high net worth taxpayer and probate cases for 501(c) fund raising.
