Brooklyn, NY, December 01, 2005 --(PR.com
)-- Brooklyn Collective, an Artists’ Cooperative, will be hosting their holiday show and cocktail party, open to the public, on Saturday, December 3rd, to showcase the designers’ collections in time for holiday shopping.
Brooklyn Collective was established in response to the need for a space where craftsmen can showcase their work free from the pressures of mass-market retail. Located in the newly stylish neighborhood along the Columbia Street waterfront, Brooklyn Collective’s artisan gallery currently houses designers whose work ranges from the elegant to obscure. More than just a shop, all of the members share the rent and keep 100% of their profits.
Brooklyn set & furniture designer, Seth Brody, will be launching his fashion line at the Collective. His creations include trendy t-shirts, sweatshirts & hangers, hand screened with original and provocative designs.
