C L Wales is the Free Lance Construction Project Manager at C L Wales. Previously, she was the Assistant Development Manager for Fort Hood Family Housing and worked on the Military Residential Properties Improvement Projects – Budgets up to $3.4M. C L Wales has a successful 20 year record overseeing numerous phases of multimillion-dollar construction projects including commercial, community centers, educational facilities, multi-family and single-family residences among others. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design, Architectural Design & Construction from Texas A&M University in 1978. She is an Associate member and Treasurer of AIA and a member of the National Association of Professional Women. In 2012, she was nominated “VIP Woman of the Year with the National Association of Professional Women.” She was also recognized in “PRO-FILES Magazine Premiere Edition” 2011 for leadership in her field and continuing achievement of her goals. Her spare time lies in antiquing, reading and architecture.
