North Carolina HR Management Firm Offers Training for Area Business Professionals

The program will focus on changes to the paperwork needed to comply with the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act and the steps needed to adhere to federal laws before and after background checks. Additionally, participants will spend time discussing the recent changes sparked by the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission guidance for background checks and will learn ways in which to avoid instances of discrimination.
