)-- The 7Search team is beginning its 2013 tradeshow circuit by exhibiting at Affiliate Summit West. The show will be taking place at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas starting January 13th. 7Search will be at booth #231 and as always, the booth staff will be answering questions, providing product demos, and signing up advertisers on site. Attendees are encouraged to enter the 7Search raffle for a chance to win a $200 Apple Gift Card, the raffle is open to all attendees of the show.
Affiliate Summit was founded in 2003 by Missy Ward and Shawn Collins for the purpose of providing educational sessions on the latest industry issues and fostering a productive networking environment for affiliate marketers. Not only has Affiliate Summit done a great job of consistently accomplishing their goal, the conference has become the most influential event in its niche.
Affiliate Summit West 2013 will be anchored by their keynote speakers Daniel “Rudy” Ruettiger, Julie Clark, and Tim Ash. Daniel “Rudy” Ruettiger is a motivational speaker who played football for the Fighting Irish, he is the only player in Notre Dame’s history to be carried off the field on his teammates’ shoulders. He has co-authored several books, notably Winning in Life.
Julie Clark’s specialty is creating and incubating new brands. She’s most well known for founding The Baby Einstein Company in 1996, later acquired by The Walt Disney Company.
The last of the keynote speakers, Tim Ash (and definitely not the least) is well known to the marketing community at-large. He is the author of the bestselling book, Landing Page Optimization and is the CEO of SiteTuners, an innovative firm that specializes in improving website conversions.
Other speakers include professionals from companies such as Gap Inc. Google, Advance Digital Inc, Getty Images, Clickbooth, Under Armour, Hootsuite and Infolinks to only name a few. Conference topics range from industry best practices, focusing on proper channel marketing, cutting edge strategies, interpreting and identifying crucial KPI’s, automation techniques and reviews of successful campaigns. SEO and SEM will also be huge talking points for the duration of the conference.
What’s special about Affiliate Summit is the Meet Market on Sunday, January 13th. It’s a gathering of individuals and companies much like the exhibit hall. However, instead of distracting exhibits, overwhelming crowds and sense of urgency, the Meet Market is a simple face to face meet and greet affair for professionals. Companies set up their tables with simple signage and business cards. This is social networking in real life and Affiliate Summit has done a great job facilitating the event.
