)-- HRW, Inc., an Associa (http://www.associaonline.com/) company, congratulates two employees for earning the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) certification from the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers (NBC-CAM).
Christine Hast and Andy Siouville completed the M-100: Essentials of Community Association Management prerequisite course through Community Association Institute's Professional Management Development Program. The course explains manager roles and responsibilities, basics of community sustainability and financial organization and management. To receive their certification, they also passed the CMCA exam.

Hast joined the Raleigh association management (http://www.associaonline.com/sites/hrw/association-management) industry after relocating from Pittsburgh, Pa, in 2010. Previous to being promoted to community manager, Hast served as director of customer care, architectural specialist and assistant manager for HRW.
Siouville is the on-site administrator for HRW's Lochmere association and is a member of the customer care staff. In addition to holding management roles, Siouville previously worked in customer relations, facilities maintenance and accounting.
