First place receives complete removal of any tattoo up to 16 square inches. Second place receives 50% off complete removal of any tattoo up to 16 square inches. Third places receives 10% off complete removal of any tattoo up to 16 square inches.

Entries will be judged on creativity, the positive effect tattoo removal could have on the recipient, and the quality of writing style. Entries must be received by Vanish no later than 5pm, Monday, February 11th, 2013.

Only one entry per person will be accepted. Duplicate entries or multiple entries made by the same person will be disqualified.
