TGM is responsible for recruiting certified personal training staff for Aspen Athletic Clubs and offering management consulting as well as sales training for the fitness center. TGM provides Aspen Athletic Clubs with a sales tracker that gives visibility to the gym’s sales ratio in order to enhance its efforts in recruiting and membership retention.
