Additionally, she handles daily operations such as insurance requirements and claims, vendor relations, financial situations and homeowner problems.
Prior to joining CAS, Inc., Baughn worked in various premiere HOA offices in Colorado Springs and Denver, Colo., and Brunswick County, N.C. A native of McDonough, Ga., she resides in Southport, N.C., with her husband and son.
