Local Community and Homeowners Association Management Services Firm Hires Manager for Wilmington Branch.

With more than 10 years of experience in the homeowners association (HOA) industry, Baughn guides local associations and boards in the Wilmington area to produce positive and cost efficient solutions as they tackle everyday problems in their HOA offices. Additionally, she handles daily operations such as insurance requirements and claims, vendor relations, financial situations and homeowner problems.

Prior to joining CAS, Inc., Baughn worked in various premiere HOA offices in Colorado Springs and Denver, Colo., and Brunswick County, N.C. A native of McDonough, Ga., she resides in Southport, N.C., with her husband and son.
