)-- In October, the company, operated by SelfStorAll, added 14 units to its 330 unit facility on 128 Ave near St Albert Trail. The company is now adding 17,000 sq ft more.

"While most self storage facilities do not provide electric power and plenty of light, Checker welcomes entrepreneurs and distributors who want some work area near their inventory. There are very few storage facilities in Canada who welcome the active user needing work space and not just a storage locker."
Building work starts in June for a September completion. The company is building 17,000 sq ft and adding 67 heated units and gated, exterior parking spaces for truck and RV storage.

Storage Capital from Toronto has arranged financing for the project.
