About Siddhartha Venkatesan
Sid Venkatesan is an IP litigation partner at Orrick. His practice focuses on high stakes, highly complex patent and trade secrets litigation on behalf of technology companies located in Silicon Valley and internationally. Most recently, Sid has helped Brocade Communications and Tekmira Pharmaceuticals each obtain eight figure awards from their adversaries for IP infringement following high profile and hotly contested litigations.
Sid also counsels technology companies on their intellectual property portfolios and maintains an active appellate practice. He has substantial trial experience and has published numerous articles on emerging IP issues. Sid also devotes a considerable amount of time to pro bono.
