Baesis announces hiring of four industry veterans as it continues its' mission of growth.

Northborough, MA, June 15, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Northborough-based firm adds four new employees to achieve its growth objectives.

Baesis, Inc. announced today it has hired four industry veterans as it continues to fulfill its’ mission of growth. Appointed were Brian O’Connor as Regional Account Manager, Rhonda Hokanson as Sage 100 ERP Technical Consultant, Robert Ditchfield as a Management Consultant, and Kim Mack as a Management Consultant. “We are extremely excited to add the level of experience our four newest employees bring,” said Frank Leonard, President of Baesis, Inc. “These are four extraordinarily talented individuals who will allow us to better serve our growing customer base and help the organization meet its’ corporate goals and objectives,” he added.

As a Regional Account Manager, O’Connor will focus his efforts in the state of NY and New England primarily focusing on Infor Visual customers and prospects. His responsibilities will include maintaining Baesis’ visibility with current and prospective customers, development of key proposals and RFPs and lead generation. Brian comes to Baesis with over 20 years in ERP and manufacturing software sales experience both nationally and internationally.
A Sage 100 ERP Technical consultant, Hokanson will be responsible for the successful implementation and training of all Sage 100 ERP customers. Her extensive background working with financial statements and ERP software will be an invaluable resource for Baesis’ Sage 100 ERP customers.

As a Management Consultant, Ditchfield’s responsibilities include working with current and prospective ERP customers as they transition into new ERP software. His background as the former President and Group CEO of Crabtree & Evelyn will provide Baesis’ customers with a unique insight into implementing best practices in their manufacturing facilities.

Baesis’ other Management Consultant, Mack’s responsibilities will also include working with current and prospective ERP customers as they transition into new ERP software. Her varied professional career working for national and international firms such as Coach International, Vera Bradley and Crabtree & Evelyn will provide Baesis’ customers a rare perspective into their operations.

In May 2011, Baesis started their plans for continuous growth by first moving to a new & larger office and training facility in Northborough and in the winter of 2012 added new staff with the additions of a sales and marketing manager and a director of professional services. “Our plan has been to continue to grow and the additions of Brian, Rhonda, Robert, and Kim will help us fulfill our mission and help us meet our growth objectives in the coming years,” Leonard said.
