Local Community and Homeowners Association Management Services Firm Expands Accounting Department with the Hiring of Downer

Pinehurst, NC, July 26, 2013 --( John Stone, President of CAS, Inc. (, a community and homeowners association management services firm, has announced the addition of Jean Downer to its accounting department. In her position, Downer will be responsible for processing invoices, handling reimbursement requests, resolving billing discrepancies and aiding the transference of funds between accounts. Additionally, she will maintain vendor documentation and certificates of liability and perform monthly tasks such as recurring checks, administrative expense reconciliation and documentation preparation. Downer received a master’s degree in computer science at Boston University, as well as a bachelor’s degree at State University of New York College.
