)-- Hill, Chesson & Woody (HCW) (http://www.hcwbenefits.com), a health and welfare benefits brokerage and consulting firm that designs, manages and implements employee benefit programs, has announced that the company has named Liz Kearns and Jennifer Swenk as client managers. In their roles, Kearns and Swenk are responsible for implementing benefit strategies for clients and utilizing the firm’s resources to provide clients with optimized service.
Kearns joins HCW after serving as an account executive with Ameritas, a dental, vision and hearing care plan provider. Prior to that position, she served as a group benefits consultant with Financial Directions of Cary, N.C. Kearns received her Bachelor of Arts in politics from St. Anselm College in Manchester, N.H. A native of Holbrook, Mass., she resides in Southern Pines, N.C., with her husband.
Swenk has spent 13 years in the human resources and benefits field. Prior to joining HCW, she held a human resources position with American Kennel Club. Swenk graduated from Appalachian State University in Boone, N.C. with a Bachelor of Science in health education. A Raleigh native, she resides in the city with her husband and their daughter.
