Scott Rajavuori Named to Life Rebuilders - Midwest Challenge, Inc. Board of Directors

Rajavuori says he’s excited and honored by nomination, as it’s a cause that means a great deal to him.

Lakeville, MN, August 11, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Local resident Scott Rajavuori on Aug. 8 accepted the nomination to serve on the board of directors for Life Rebuilders - Midwest Challenge, Inc., a local nonprofit organization.

Life Rebuilders - Midwest Challenge is a nonprofit Christian organization based in Minnesota. This organization provides housing and programming for adult men who are in a transitional period in their lives.

Life Rebuilders - Midwest Challenge provides solutions for men in the Early Work Release Program and men recently released from prison. The organization has sober living facilities and treatment centers. Its programs have helped men secure full-time, sustainable employment for 40 years.

The organization's goals include providing drug and alcohol free living facilities for all residents, and the support, guidance and direction needed to become gainfully employed.

Rajavuori has been involved with the organization for seven years as a life coach. After the president/CEO of Life Rebuilders - Midwest Challenge, Pastor Gary Parker, encouraged Rajavuori to consider a position on the board of directors, he prayed about it.

"I believe that the Lord wanted me to get further involved with Life Rebuilders - Midwest Challenge," said Rajavuori. "I am excited to embark on this new journey and positively impact the lives of many."
