About Heather C. Hutchings

Heather C. Hutchings is Senior Counsel in Dykema's Financial Services Regulatory and Compliance practice. Ms. Hutchings focuses her practice on consumer financial services laws and regulations affecting banks and other financial institutions, non-chartered mortgage lenders and servicers, consumer finance companies, and mortgage brokers.

Ms. Hutchings assists clients with complex compliance and administrative matters involving such laws as the Dodd-Frank Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Home Ownership and Equity Protection Act (HOEPA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) and Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA).
