Local Benefits and Consulting Firm Adds Two New Hires to Provide Support in Benefit Education, Eligibility Maintenance and Bill Reconciliation.

Research Triangle Park, NC, September 08, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Hill, Chesson & Woody (HCW), a health and welfare benefits brokerage and consulting firm that designs, manages and implements employee benefit programs, has announced that the firm has named Kayla Herring and Lindsay Hiatt as enrollment specialists. In their positions, Herring and Hiatt are responsible for providing support in benefit education, eligibility maintenance and bill reconciliation for a diverse group of clients. In addition, they are responsible for using data collection templates and benefit rules specific to each client, and providing education and support to clients during open enrollment periods.

Herring received her Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a focus on human resources. She is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management. A native of Raleigh, N.C., she resides in that city.

Hiatt graduated magna cum laude from Tulane University in New Orleans, La. with a Bachelor of Science in marketing and communications. A native of Elizabeth, Colo., she resides in Durham, N.C.
