Chris Fabian, President & CEO of Professional Service Solutions, L,L,C., has 25+ years of Progressive industry experience in the consumer electronics industry, serving in several key executive positions with three world-class consumer electronics companies. In August 2005, Mr. Fabian elected to take early retirement from his position as Service Vice President at Toshiba America Consumer Products, L.L.C. in order to utilize his broad-based executive service experience to provide consulting services to the Consumer Electronics Industry. Mr. Fabian served as Vice President of Service at Toshiba America Consumer Products, LLC from February 1999. Prior to joining Toshiba, Mr. Fabian owned and operated his own successful Refurbishing and Service Business located in North Georgia where his company provided reverse logistics services for a major Consumer Electronics Manufacturer. His Company was also authorized to provide in warranty service for numerous consumer electronics brands of "brown goods" CE products. Prior to operating his own CE Service business, Mr. Fabian was recruited and hired as National Service Manager and promoted to Vice President of Service at Hitachi Home Electronics America (HHEA) where he served from 1994 -1998. Prior to accepting his executive level position at HHEA, Mr. Fabian spent 11 years of his career in a variety of challenging management positions at Philips Consumer Electronics Corporation (PCEC) including, National Service Manager and Director, Commercial and Professional Services. Mr. Fabian is a decorated Vietnam era Veteran who was honorably discharged from the United States Navy after serving his Country for 8 1/2 years in a variety of challenging positions, including humanitarian efforts involving the Vietnamese Evacuation efforts.

Mr. Fabian has a proven track record of accomplishments with responsibility for all aspects of running a successful national service operation. He possesses extensive experience of USA based Consumer Electronics Service organizations including field service, factory service, centralized depot repair, national parts operations, distribution, reverse logistics, refurbishing operations, product warranty administration, customer call center(s), technical support and training. Mr. Fabian possesses an extensive fiscal, budgetary, and forecasting background having had P&L responsibility for the numerous positions he has been responsible for. He is highly proficient in the development and achievement of short term, mid term and long range strategic planning. He has been responsible for the development and successful launch of several innovative programs for the Companies he has represented resulting in significantly improved levels of service to their customers and substantial bottom line cost savings. Mr. Fabian is a highly experienced executive leader with strong negotiation, training and supervisory skills and a proven track record.

During his tenure as a select group of Service Industry Professionals, Mr. Fabian has been recognized with numerous Industry awards for his accomplishments. Most recently, Mr. Fabian was honored to receive the following Industry Awards from the National Electronics Servicing Dealer Association (NESDA):
