Eastern Field International Ltd. Public Offering on Track for Early 2014

Early next year, Eastern Field International Ltd. plans its initial public offering (IPO) to raise funds to expand the company’s capacity to supply a growing customer list demanding quality rare earth metals and elements.

Guangzho, China, September 25, 2013 --(PR.com)-- The company continues to acquire long term supply contracts with firms in China, Japan, Germany and the US among others. With global demand increasing and the number of worldwide suppliers diminishing or consolidating, the time is right to invest in new suppliers of rare earth metals such as Eastern Field International Ltd.

Contractual supply commitments are expected to outstrip the company's capacity within one year of this report. This statistic does not take into account the new business potentially being acquired by the company in India and Australia. This fact is driving the timing of the IPO, to raise funds in time to expand and retool the physical plants in order to meet all present and future commitments.

Eastern Field International Ltd. is a company focused on rare earth elements exploration by way of identification and discovery of new rare earths sources and opportunities that can provide long term supply and with the potential for full development of world-class facilities for separation and delivery. The Company has several rare earth projects in multiple locations, the operations of which are enhanced by close relationships with a number of top tier companies in the industry who have the capability of separating the full spectrum of rare earth elements.
