In this new role, Weathers will be responsible for managing many of the day-to-day activities of Home Management’s 25 properties and coordinating appointments with third-party vendors. She has three years of management experience and previously worked as an office manager with a heating and air company. Involved in her community, Weathers volunteers at Kannapolis Youth Sports. She resides in Kannapolis, N.C., with her husband and son.
