Peter Mangiola, a Senior Health and Wellness Expert, has issued a home-cleaning checklist for his clients in Burlington, Camden, Atlantic, Gloucester & Ocean Counties of New Jersey to follow.

Manchester, NJ, October 08, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Peter Mangiola, RN, MSN, Senior Health and Wellness expert, and Director of Nursing for Senior Helpers has alerted all of his clients living in Burlington, Camden, Atlantic, Gloucester & Ocean Counties, New Jersey, that cleaning isn't just a Springtime event; Fall is equally important.

Many cleaning rituals are intended to target specific unhealthy elements such as dust and pollen.

Pollen: Pollen has accumulated in many areas where there has been airflow from outside to inside. Windows are particularly susceptible to attract pockets of pollen. Clean not just your windows, but the screens and the base where dust and pollen collect.

Food And Grime: The floors of the kitchen and dining room (and furniture as well) are particularly susceptible to accumulating dust. This is especially important as a preventative measure against the risk of illness and breathing issues.

Germs: The most common places to find germs are in both the kitchen and the bathrooms.

Always use a disinfectant to wipe down all countertops and appliances. And so often it is the refrigerator which acts as the petri dish for mold and other unhealthy growing germs. Clean it out.

In your bathroom, begin with the tub, the toilet and all around the sink area. Especially pay attention to the drain catchers that are prone to germs and other toxic activity.
