Bath, United Kingdom, January 11, 2006 --(PR.com)-- ScienceScope introduce the new Pressure Precision Differential sensor for schools. As one of the UK’s leading developers of datalogging equipment that provides technology-based science learning solutions, ScienceScope have established a new Pressure Precision Differential sensor for measuring very small pressure changes.

The Pressure Precision Differential sensor measures very small pressure changes for example, transpiration, or when a plant takes up water in a photometer. It can also be connected to a breathing best or Spirometer to measure breathing rate and lung volume.

Classroom investigations with the ScienceScope Pressure Precision Differential sensor can help give practical demonstrations on how to Measure lung capacity, the changes in plant growth and photosynthesis, and aid you in discussions on the interdependence of living things and the maintenance of life.

Because students observe and measure real phenomena, analyse their own data and draw their own inferences they can have a greater understanding of how science works.

Specifications:
· Range: ±1kPa
· Maximum recommended recording interval: 50µs

Optional Accessories:
· Breathing belt and Spirometer kit
