)-- Joseph J. Levinson has been appointed Executive Director of Food 4 Life (FFL), effective January 1, 2014.
The FFL Board of Directors selected Levinson after a thorough international search. Levinson will be permanently based in the organization’s headquarters in Libreville, Gabon.
“Joe brings 16 years of extensive experience in the business sector, including China, along with strong leadership in the financial arena,” said Dominique Gilbert, chair, FFL Board of Directors. “He has the passion, vision and skills to build on FFL’s successes and to move FFL forward during a time of tremendous need and opportunity.”

Levinson represented Food for Life in Durban, South Africa from March 2011 until this month.
Morgan’s career began in public accounting in the mid-90s, and he went on to China and served in several executive positions in Chinese companies.
Levinson received his bachelor’s degree from State University of New York at Buffalo.
