Talk of the Town Awards Congratulates 2013 Winners, Looks Forward to 2014 Results

Celebration Media and Talk of the Town News get research underway to determine the 2014 winners of the Talk of the Town Customer Satisfaction Award.

Farmington Hills, MI, December 14, 2013 --( Celebration Media U.S. and Talk of the Town News, beginning their sixth year of honoring businesses and professionals with the Talk of the Town Awards, are closing out the 2013-year results and are beginning research to determine the 2014 award winners.

The Talk of the Town Awards honor those companies and professionals throughout the United States and Canada that provide excellent customer service as reported by their customers through no-cost, user-review websites, blogs, social networks and business-rating services. Celebration Media, a leader in providing businesses with strategies for improving customer service, has tripled its research staff, and the dedicated team of researchers spend more than 18,000 hours analyzing customer experiences and rating each company or professional using its star rating system, CM Power Ratings™, to determine the award winners. Only those businesses with enough positive feedback, scores, awards and accolades to reach a 4-star to 5-star rating will win the award.

As 2013 comes to a close, the final honorees will be recognized for their efforts this year. A searchable database is available at, including information on current and past winners. Companies can be located by name or region.

The Talk of the Town team is also now beginning its research to uncover the winners for 2014 and those results will be posted as scores are calculated.
