In 2012, Nichole joined the FRS Team as a Strategic Accounts Manager for the clients of our screening technology solutions. Nichole brought 10+ years of experience in the screening industry. With an excellent working knowledge of compliance regulations under which CRAs must operate, Nichole is already sharing these skills as a member of the NAPBS Best Practices Committee. Nichole has a unique insight into the screening needs of companies of all sizes. She has consistently been recognized as a top performer, internally and externally, for her dedication to enhancing service delivery, ensuring quality, and optimizing her clients’ programs.
As Director of Client Services, Nichole will continue to manage and implement a “second-to-none” client experience from onboarding to ongoing support and product life cycle requirements. She will engage our top clients in order to define and improve FRS processes, tools, skills, and training needs so that the FRS team will remain at the forefront of our screening client’s needs as they grow.
In 2005, Rebecca joined FRS as a Technical Support and Training specialist. She quickly became a subject matter expert (SME) on the full suite of FRS products and excelled in this role over the next 5 years. In 2010, Rebecca was promoted to the role of System’s Test Engineer where she quickly became an asset employing her expertise on the functionality and operational requirements for FRS’s flagship product.
As Manager of QA Software Testing & Custom Projects, Rebecca Melton will be leading the FRS software quality assurance effort to provide sophisticated statistical analysis, forecasting, and process optimization to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of FRS’s overall Software Quality Assurance Program. In her role as Custom Projects Manager, Rebecca will serve as the air-traffic-controller for all requested custom projects, ensuring that development requirements are defined and client expectations are managed through the entire project life cycle. Since Rebecca’s assignment to FRS’s Project office for customizations, significant improvements have been noted in on-time-delivery, and budget attainment.
With FRS’s move to Agile Development Methodology, Rebecca has improved overall System Test Processes immensely resulting in even more solid product releases.
