Boulder, CO, March 29, 2014 --(PR.com
)-- The entry period for the Nutrena® #BarnLife Contest closed today, tallying over 33,000 total entries during the contest entry period.
Since November 6, 2013, fans entered for a chance to win a new Lester Buildings barn valued at over $30,000 by sharing their stories about why they deserve to win a new barn. A panel of judges will now pick the semi-finalists, who will be invited to submit videos of themselves showing why they deserve the new barn. Finalists will be chosen from the semi-finalists, and their entries will be placed online for readers to vote. The entry with the most votes will be the Grand Prize winner and receive a prize package of any Nutrena® brand feed (including equine, poultry, pet, or cattle feed brands) and a new barn from Lester Buildings.
“We’re thrilled that Nutrena® and Lester Buildings have come together on this amazing program to offer an exciting prize to one very lucky and deserving individual,” says Equine Network Digital Director Melissa Kitchen.
In addition to the #BarnLife Contest, readers were also invited to enter a sweepstakes for a chance to win weekly prizes (a free bag of Nutrena® brand feed good toward equine, poultry, pet or cattle feed brands) or one of the top-level prizes like a 1-year USRider® Membership, a Stall Fount from Classic Equine by Richie, or 1 ton of free feed from Nutrena®.
