About Brendan O'Rourke
Brendan O'Rourke is a Partner and the global co-Chair of the firm’s Litigation Department, as well as co-head of the Trademark & False Advertising Group. Brendan is first and foremost a "go to" first chair trial lawyer with a track history of success in bench and jury trials.
