Felicia L. Faragasso is an assistant general counsel and assistant secretary in the corporate legal department of Leidos, Inc., formerly known as Science Applications International Corporation. She also serves as corporate secretary for SAIC’s international subsidiaries. She has practiced in the field of international law for over two decades, first in private practice and then as in house counsel specializing in corporate compliance programs and transactions.
