Kiwi Company Ziln Innovation Finalist in Australia and New Zealand Internet Awards

New Zealand Internet TV Pioneer Company Ziln created the CityTime TV site and free smartphone App showcasing 20 Cities using 2500 videos, maps and booking links. Constantly updated - more cities and languages are planned to service global viewers.

Gary Napier, a TV executive and part of the launch team for the Al Jazeera English Channel was looking for an on-line broadcast platform for his concept of a multi channel video travel guide for global cities (including Auckland) and found the Ziln platform fitted the bill perfectly.

The objective was to produce a website providing access to thousands of videos from a selected 20+ cities all sorted by channel and search categories then expanding that functionality and viewability to Smart Phones via their Ziln TV App. Using the Ziln 'Channel Manager' system delivered an effective and immediate solution giving cities from all over the World a new way to promote themselves to global audiences - now with well over 3000 constantly updated easy to navigate HD videos literally in the palm of your hand.
