Sugar Hill's New Co-Working Space

Sugar Hill has transformed the old city hall building into a business incubator and wo-work space. The incubator houses ten local and different businesses on the second floor of the building. The co-work space is made to modernize the old building, encourage connecting with others in an excellent location, while enjoying amenities and a conference room, WiFi, and room for growth.

Sugar Hill, GA, November 07, 2014 --(PR.com)-- The City of Sugar Hill is proud to announce that the Suite Spot at Sugar Hill will now have co-work space available. The City has been working hard on transforming spaces for locals to use resourcefully, and the former city hall building has turned into a social and creative working environment.

The Suite Spot, located in Downtown Sugar Hill, is a co-work space community for entrepreneurs, startups, and work from home professionals on the first floor. Co-working stimulates the creativity and productivity allowing individuals to re-establish routines, to separate their person and professional live and to encourage social interaction. The workspace holds a conference room and other amenities in a great location.

City Council Member Brandon Hembree sees the vision for the Suite Spot and says, "This project emphasizes that a healthy and thriving businesses community are important to Sugar Hill. A majority of businesses in Sugar Hill are small and home-based, and we think this innovative option will go a long way towards helping these companies grow, succeed, and stay in our City. Sugar Hill is 'definitely' open for business."

The second floor office space has completely filled and now contains 10 businesses including the following: Susan Bacon with Palemtto Grant Consulting, Candy Conrady with Peel and Glow, Gordon Fields with Grasp Learning LLC, Robert Gilbert with Workspace 13, Jerry Golden with Golden Productions, Marcia Martin with Glove Case LLC, Marc Orcutt with CF Foundry, Preston Reynolds with Comprised LLC, Dwan White with Blue Den Marketing, and Jeremy White with The White Firm, LLC. These businesses range from grant consulting to legal services, and from tutoring to application development.

They are accepting only 50 memberships at their entry rate of $40 per month for the co-work space. There will be month to month options or yearly discounts. Contact Scott Andrews for more information at 770-945-6716.
