Trianz Welcomes Ganesh Arunachala as the Director of Quality and Delivery Assurance
Trianz, a global consulting and turnkey execution services firm, appoints Ganesh Arunachala as the Director of Quality and Delivery Assurance. In this role, Ganesh will focus on ensuring that the standards of quality are met in all project deliveries.
Ganesh joins Trianz from KPMG where he has been the Associate Director and has led the practice for IT Operational Excellence. Prior to that, he was the GM & Head of Quality function for Technology Services at Wipro where he was responsible for CSAT, Compliance and Continuous improvement. Ganesh has more than 27 years of longstanding professional experience where he has seen a lot of global operations and transformational initiatives. His experience in shaping the Delivery Assurance initiatives will be very valuable to Trianz.
Speaking on his appointment, Ganesh said, "I am excited to be a part of Trianz and commence work with the team to enable measurable and predictable delivery performance leading to desired business outcomes and improved Client experience."
Ganesh will also be the Management Representative for the Quality function of Trianz in addition to being responsible for Quality and Delivery Assurance. Ganesh holds an M.Sc. degree in Physics with applied electronics from National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
