Small Business Winners Announced for the 2014 KOSBE Awards

The Kingsport Office of Small Business Development and Entrepreneurship (KOSBE) recognized 12 winners during the 20th annual KOSBE Awards held at Ridgefields Country Club, on Thursday, December 11.
