My Neighborhood Storage Center Expands Rinehart Rd Location in Lake Mary, FL

Orlando, FL, February 01, 2015 --(PR.com)-- My Neighborhood Storage Center is expanding one of its Lake Mary locations. The facility located at 610 Rinehart Road will be adding 2 brand new climate controlled buildings each housing 96 units. Sizes range from 10x10 all the way to 10x30. The addition of these 192 units increases the property’s total rentable square footage to 164,484. Like most self-storage operators the My Neighborhood Storage Center brand is looking to grow but faces the challenge of current inventory constraints. Adam Mikkelson, Vice President of management company Liberty Investment Properties, Inc. sees the building additions as a great way to capitalize on the existing asset’s prime location and by doing so hopes to meet the growing demands of the Lake Mary community. “Our facilities in Lake Mary have enjoyed a long relationship with the community,” says Mikkelson, “and we are pleased to provide new climate controlled space to meet the growing demand in the market.”

The city of Lake Mary is located approximately 18 miles north of Orlando just off Interstate 4 and is considered one of the fastest growing areas in Central Florida. The company hopes to complete the project by mid-February and have already begun accepting early reservations from customers who wish to lease the new space. A grand opening event for the public complete with food, drinks and giveaways is scheduled to take place in early March which is also the start of their customer appreciation week. With over 700 tenants already renting at this facility My Neighborhood Storage Center has quite the celebration on its hands.
