GigaBook, LLC, Reveals Affordable Cloud-Based Business Solutions for Small Business Owners

A newly formed Overland Park, Kansas, software company provides efficiency solutions for small businesses at an affordable price.

OverlandPark, KS, February 08, 2015 --(PR.com)-- GigaBook, LLC, is launching a new software platform that will help shorten the gap between the tools being used by large corporations and what is readily (and affordably) available for smaller businesses. The company is offering a suite of tools that can be accessed via the web from any device via a secure, unique login. GigaBook assists companies by automating many of the every day tasks associated with appointments, gaining access to online appointments via a website widget, increasing communication internally and externally through email and text notifications, increasing efficiency with integrated to do lists, and decreasing no show of appointments with text and/or email reminders. GigaBook offers four different user/pricing levels currently, starting at a single user for $19 per month and going up to 20 users. It is a subscription based product that does not require a contract and services can be purchased on a month-to-month basis or annually. Each subscription starts with a 14-day free trial.

The official launch of GigaBook, LLC was January 5, 2015, but it has been in development for roughly the last year. GigaBook currently employees nine people full time and looks forward to expanding and adding more local jobs in the near future. While expansion is a goal for the near future, current plans include increasing the subscribers to the site, educating local businesses to the trend of technology in the workplace, and making some loyal connections along the way. The headquarters are located in south Overland Park, a suburb of Kansas City.

There has been a lot of research that shows a growing trend in the use of smartphones, as upward of 61% of all Americans own a smartphone, with 80% stating they regularly use email and text messaging (Global Web Index). The increased opportunity to communicate with current and prospective customers via email and/or text message will directly increase the efficiency of a business while decreasing cancellations and no show appointments. It is the goal of GigaBook to help small businesses do this by operating like a large corporation at an affordable price.
