The Chairmen’s RoundTable Elects New Board of Directors

Richard Earnest will serve second term as chairman of non-profit organization.

San Diego, CA, February 11, 2015 --(PR.com)-- The Chairmen’s RoundTable (CRT), a San Diego non-profit organization that provides pro-bono mentoring to the county’s businesses, announced today that it has voted in a new board of directors.

Richard Earnest will serve his second term as CRT Chairman.

“I’m gearing up for my second term and I’ve got a strong board to work with,” said Richard Earnest, CRT’s Chairman “Our goals for 2015 include raising the profile of CRT in the community, fully engaging our sponsors and partners and of course, continuing on our mission to identify local companies that we can mentor, at no cost, as a way of giving back to the community.”

Richard Earnest is a former mayor and councilman, a successful businessman, and a decorated Vietnam-era fighter pilot. He has served as the CEO of two publicly-traded software companies and founded two high-tech companies of his own. Richard actively serves on multiple boards and brings deep expertise in the areas of packaged software, technology sales, executive team building, and leadership building small profitable companies.

The balance of its 2015 board of directors appointments: Mac Clarke – Vice Chair, Quality Assurance; Tom Ladt – Vice Chair, Client Acquisition; Paul Thiel – Vice Chair, Program Development; Kevin Brown – Vice Chair, Partner Relations; Jason Kruger – Treasurer; Cory Grant – Vice Chair, Sponsor Development; and David Kramer – Vice Chair, Marketing.

“I would like to thank Kevin O’Neill and Esther Rodriguez who are departing the board after selflessly serving the organization and its mission to strengthen San Diego one company at a time,” said Earnest. “They were active and enthusiastic contributors and they will be missed.”
