Top Business Coach in London Takes Record Number of Consecutive Awards

Shweta Jhajharia proves she is the top business coach in London by taking the London Coach of the Year award for 6 consecutive years since 2009.

London, United Kingdom, February 25, 2015 --( Shweta Jhajharia, Principal Coach in ActionCOACH, was recently awarded the London Business Coach of the Year award for 2014. This is the sixth consecutive year that she has won this award, and following closely on the heels of her winning the bfa Franchisee of the Year Judges Award in 2013, it is a remarkable achievement indeed.

Shweta Jhajharia left her role as Global Marketing Manager in the FMCG giant Unilever to join ActionCOACH in 2009 and has since consistently been rated as one of the top business coaches in the country. Her clients' businesses achieve double-digit gross profit growth and have grabbed several awards of their own too. With awards including the Best Community Impact, London Business of the Year and London Best Services Business, her client base is one of the most awarded in the country.

Ian Christelow, MD, ActionCOACH UK says, ”Shweta has transformed the landscape of what's possible in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region - she's an ActionCOACH legend and we couldn't be prouder that Shweta is on our winning T.E.A.M.”

ActionCOACH helps businesses – both big and small – reach their "desired next level" by teaching cutting-edge strategies and tools. Business coaching helps businesses systemise their processes and put structures in place to allow for growth while freeing up time for the business owners to focus on what they are passionate about.

Jhajharia shared that she has no plans to rest on her laurels. 2015 will be a year of further growth for the business and they plan to ramp up their offering to all their clients, and the community at large.

"We've started a series of workshops in conjunction with a few London Borough Councils," commented Jhajharia. "We're really excited to be continuing this program to help reach out to the communities in London and help them grow by teaching sustainable business practices."

When asked what the goals for her organisation were, she said, “I think of myself as being in the business of creating better economic realities. My goal is to have created better economic realities for 10,000 businesses by the end of this decade.”
