About Abby L. Sacunas

Abby L. Sacunas is a Member in the Commercial Litigation group of Cozen O’Connor. She routinely handles complex commercial disputes and multi-district commercial litigation, successfully representing a broad spectrum of clients in the life safety, pharmaceutical, medical device, entertainment, telecommunications and sports management industries in product litigation, antitrust litigation and general commercial disputes. As national trial counsel for certain clients, Abby has extensive experience litigating in state and federal forums throughout the United States.

Abby earned her law degree from Syracuse University College of Law in 2005, magna cum laude, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif, was a member of the Syracuse Law Review and earned a Corporate Counsel Certificate from the Center for Law and Business Enterprise. She earned her undergraduate degree from Syracuse University, cum laude. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and in New Jersey.
