)-- Successful sales executive Shane Lewis
has regularly demonstrated that he has a commitment to the community, as well as to his career. Though his position as Vice President of Sales with Sundance Vacations is demanding and requires a large amount of time and energy, Mr. Lewis has found the resources to commit himself to volunteer ventures outside of the office.
One of these ventures is helping to judge the annual Stevie Awards in sales. This awards organization is often referred to as the “Oscars” for business professionals and recognizes individuals and company teams on a national level for their achievements in various areas of business. For each area, professionals who specialize in that field are chosen to evaluate the applications and select the most deserving winners. This can be quite the undertaking as thousands of nominations are submitted for consideration on an annual basis.
Shane Lewis took the time to serve as a judge for the sales division of Stevie Awards for five consecutive years. This service not only illustrates that he is respected in the sales community but also his willingness to take the time in order to honor others who are also committed to sales careers. In addition to judging, Mr. Lewis has previously won a silver award for National Sales Executive of the Year.
Shane Lewis has also committed his time to helping organizations outside of the business world, including the American Cancer Society, the American Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, March of Dimes, and more. He led efforts by his local office to donate desks and various school supplies to John Bartram High School in Philadelphia and has stated that charity work is near and dear to his heart.
