What these promotions mean to the organization –
These promotions come on the heels of the 1M dollar grant from the Call of Duty Endowment. Both CASY & MSCCN are growing in leaps and bounds, and the more the organizations expand their services, the more they are needed. There have been a great many changes in the past few years as both organizations have gone from a leadership base of a President/CEO to a full Executive Team with full departments and managers. With the additions in leadership comes the opportunity for further growth of the programs and the ability to serve more military, veterans, and family members the CASY & MSCCCN way – direct services with real outcomes for those we serve.
About CASY & MSCCN
The organizations pride themselves on their unique, outcome-driven program. It is not about the organizations; it is not about metrics; it is about ensuring that the service members, veterans, or family members from around the world that come to the organizations for assistance have what is needed in order to put them into the right type of position. The teams at CASY & MSCCN are dedicated to taking their military-affiliated candidates all the way through the process, from targeted employment readiness, self actualization, providing gap skills training and certifications, assessment and validation of skills, to placement, focusing on the customized needs of each military job seeker – identifying key steps and solutions needed to ensure a direct match in placement in order to minimize turnover and decrease the cost per hire.
