LeapSpring, Inc. Names CTO & VP of Business Development

Company that gave parents MyJobChart.com adds firepower to leadership team.

Scottsdale, AZ, June 22, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Launching a new product can be a difficult task for any company, but for a small one, it can be overwhelming. LeapSpring, Inc. which gave parents MyJobChart.com, today announced Mike Ray as Chief Technology Officer and Steven Bass as Vice President of Business Development.

“What drew us to Mike and Steven immediately was their broad experiences, unique perspectives and successful track records,” said LeapSpring CEO Gregg Murset. “I wanted to add leaders to our team who can provide ideas and opinions based upon experience in the field. Mike Ray is the father of seven and has a broad base of technical and business experience in the discipline of software design and technology application development. His technology base experience comes from ventures in banking, direct marketing, justice, retail, construction, insurance, warehouse management, supply-chain, logistics, Internet services, e-learning, and digital media. During his career, he has advised or worked for Andersen Consulting, Apple Computer, MicroAge, SkyMall and WebPT.

Steven Bass has more than 15 years of experience in the fields of Business Development and Client Services. During his career he has had domestic and multi-national responsibilities for several of the world’s largest global agency networks including DDB Worldwide, RAPP and G2 Worldwide (now Geometry Global). His career began in sports marketing with oversight for sponsorship sales and event execution, however has also been involved in managing various facets of customer development and growth across the Consumer Packaged Goods, Technology, Automotive, Legal Services and Financial Services industries. He has advised and worked with clients such as ExxonMobil, Pepsi-Cola Co., Tropicana, HP and Delta Airlines.

Since 2012, MyJobChart.com has amassed more than 824,000 members, sparked kids to earn more than $3 million by completing over 30 million household jobs, highlighted the efforts of numerous charities and taught kids the meaning of work ethic and how to be money smart. MyJobchart.com now serves as the flagship product for LeapSpring, Inc. In mid-July, LeapSpring will be launching its second product – Zingity (www.zingity.com). Zingity is designed to energize kids and support families around the world through activities that promote the use of imagination and creativity.
